Certificate extraction
Review gas safety, electrical safety and EPC details from your available records. We identify property, issue date, expiry and result, and check exceptions by hand.
For letting agents · West Midlands first
The PRS Database begins its regional rollout on 15 December 2026. We check your property export against available safety certificate details, then hand your team a clear list of what is ready and what needs attention. No CRM migration or re-keying if the data is already there.
Fixed fee by portfolio size, agreed before work starts. 50% to start, 50% at handover.

The audit
Certificate PDFs and CRM fields may already exist. The question is whether the records for each occupied property are complete, current and consistent.
Review gas safety, electrical safety and EPC details from your available records. We identify property, issue date, expiry and result, and check exceptions by hand.
Compare certificates and status against a property export from Alto, Reapit, Jupix, Street or a spreadsheet. We do not need direct access to your CRM.
A property-by-property list: ready, missing certificate, expired or due soon, inconsistent data, or landlord decision needed.
Short per-landlord summaries of what to supply or renew before registration. Your team stays in control of the final submission.
How it works
A CRM export is enough; we do not need access to your CRM itself. The information you share is used for the agreed audit and deleted on request after handover. We do not register properties on a landlord's behalf as part of this readiness check.
Talk through your portfolio
Tell us the approximate property count and what your current system can export. We will confirm the scope and a fixed fee before any work starts.
